We know better than anyone that it's only natural for patients, families and carers to be nervous when they're first confronted by what can seem, to be specialised medical equipment. That's why our highly trained Vitalair professionals are always on hand, either on the phone or out and about in the field.

At Vitalair nothing is more important than people's safety. Before installing any equipment a risk assessment will be carried out. You will receive a handbook, which will detail all the relevant safety information that you will need to follow.

We also provide the reassurance of a swift emergency call out service in the highly unlikely event of equipment failure.

Ensure your oxygen equipment is stored safely and that you fully understand how to use it. Never smoke (or let someone else smoke near you) whilst using your oxygen equipment and do not use your oxygen equipment near open fires or naked flames.
